Norman Love makes some of the most beautiful chocolates I have ever seen. I wonder if there's a way to preserve the shape, texture, and color so you could display them. I should just conduct an experiment and see how long they last sitting under a cover on a cake plate.

I'm 25. My hometown is Eagan, MN, but I currently live in Omaha, NE. My big loves are music, dance, history, and England. My goal is to live in London, and I'm a religiously devoted "X-Files" fan. I'm a self-proclaimed magazine whore who is constantly cutting things out and sticking them in albums. Although I can't afford them, I love to look at high-end clothes, and I try to keep up with the fashion world through my "bible" (Vogue). I'm an extremely proud liberal who says what she thinks and loves a good debate. My heroes are Bill and Hillary Clinton, Paul Wellstone, Sasha Cohen, Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, Martha Stewart, and Paloma Herrera (an insanely awesome ABT principal dancer).
